Join us for brunch held at Rio Grande Farm Park Director Julie Mordecai’s home nestled along the Rio Grande. Julie owned and operated the Cottonwood Inn in Alamosa and sold it in 2000. The Inn always used local foods when possible and Julie promises to continue that tradition. Known for her amazing cooking, this brunch is sure to be delicious! If you are inspired you can come early to learn some of her famous dishes and her philosophy of a great brunch. A variety of diets will be accommodated from vegan to paleo, so you won’t have to change your way of life to have a great brunch! We will check in with you prior to the brunch to find out what your dietary restrictions or preferences are. Additionally, some great sparkling wines will be available to mix with a variety of juices and shrubs. If you would like to come early to learn, the starting time will be 9am. If you would like to attend for just the brunch, starting time is 11am.
Date: Saturday, November 23
Time: 9am to learn, 11am for brunch – 12:30pm
